I also kept a list of the flake GM's and the next year they went to the bottom of the list for teams. If we had more than 32 GM's, they were left out. Doesn't really work if you can't get 32 though.
 
Start sending in picks for the Bengals. We can give him a little extra time since the draft was on and off this afternoon.
 
I've been juggling work these days, but if I know my pick is at a set time I can set an alarm and excuse myself for a minute to send my pick

We could also do mandatory pick times. No extensions and no early picks.

Example:

Baltimore - 1st 10:40am, 2nd 2pm and so forth...
 
Cardinals have drafted a RB (Gurley) and a T(Humphries). Are you taking votes for them?

No we'll pick back up, just delay since everyone had something come up. I can get it back going in about 20-30 minutes if someone doesn't get to it first.
