Poison pills really aren't an issue anymore. I get how the no comp for the player is a deal, but it is rare you get more than a third for any guy that leaves.

I'd use the shit out of it if I were Jones.

The Bengals used to use it a lot, because they were so cheap. Is there a gentleman's agreement not to use poison pills any more?
