Caught in another one of his smug bullshit "insider" lies...

Something that occurred a couple of years ago under the radar may give Dallas tremendous negotiation leverage when it comes to keeping Ware.

Ware was divorced in 2012, and his former wife and he had adopted two children while they were married. Ware is very close to both, and by every account I've read, is a very involved dad. So much, that they sold their house and bought two more in Southlake, which is a relatively small suburb.

He isn't divorced. They are happily married.

i have never heard that ware was divoced

He isn't. That was bad info.

erod said:
I heard it on two radio stations today. Are you sure?

Hostile said:
I am 100% sure that he and Taniqua are still married, have never divorced, and never separated. I don't know where that other info came from, but it is wrong.

They have been married since 2005. Their first son Omar died. They adopted a daughter, Marley, and have two sons, DeMarcus Jr. and Bryce.

Hoss had inside info so really there is no contest between him and Wiki which ANYONE can basically change.

His attorney says in that article that they're no longer together. Did you read it?

Yes, I did when the other person notified me I had missed it. They do seem to be in the process of a divorce, which is news to almost all of us. I was very certain that was incorrect, and the divorce part is, but not that they are possibly in the process of it. I was wrong on that. I doubt this will appease you, but there it is.

:lol

He missed it. No, he thought he was right, smugly rubbed everyone's face in it.

Someone should change Wiki to add, "Hostile reports that Demarcus and Taniqua are happily married."

It's Driving Me Crazy
Every NFL team has a Personnel Director. Every NFL has a Financial Director. 31 NFL teams have a primary owner. Green Bay does not. You with me so far?

Some Personnel Directors have a title called GENERAL MANAGER.

Some Financial Directors have that same title.

Not all General Managers deal in personnel evaluations.

Tex Schramm did not. Can we, as Cowboys fans, perhaps realize our own glorious History here and accept the truth? If not as an entire fanbase, at least on this site? Gil Brandt was the man deeply involved in talent evaluations for the Cowboys. Tex was money.

Do people understand that every NFL team is a business? They have to make money or they die? Can you accept the fact that Jerry Jones makes money for the Dallas Cowboys?

If you can, can you accept that someone else is in charge of personnel evaluations? I ask because apparently most fans and a lot of media cannot. They can't accept that Jerry is not evaluating talent. Is he the final say? YES! Dear Lord, all owners are. Do you seriously think that if Paul Allen said he did not want Johnny Manziel in any round that John Scneider would draft him anyway?

So, when Jerry makes the call on final say for a player drafted what is he doing? He is listening to his Head Coach and his Personnel Director. Then he asks the Head Coach, "Is this the guy you want?" Then he asks the Personnel Director, "Is this the guy your evaluations say we should take?" From that point a consensus is reached. That is the sum total of what final say is guys.

Do you think Mike Brown in Cincinnati is a personnel evaluation guy? Do you think Bill Belichick is? Do people even know who Duke Tobin is? What about Nick Caserio? You damned sure ought to know who Tom Ciskowski is.

Same duties people.

Do you honestly believe John Elway is the Personnel Evaluation guy in Denver? His title is General Manager. He was never a Scout. Does the name Matt Russell ring any bells with you?

Same duties people.

Do any of you believe that Mickey Loomis in New Orleans is the top personnel guy there? Then you don't know who Ryan Pace is.

Same duties people.

So someone please tell Denver that they are doing everything all wrong. Tell them that the GM is supposed to be the guy who has the vision that the team follows. John Schneider is a more traditional GM in that he got his start as a Scout. John Elway isn't doing the exact same job as Scneider folks.

That is an irrefutable fact. Bill Bleichick is not doing the same job as Schneider either. Irrefutable fact. Mike Brown isn't either. Irrefutable fact. Mickey Loomis isn't either. Irrefutable fact.

I believe I just named 4 playoff teams whose GM is not the key personnel guy for their organization. I can name a lot more.

The DFW media and way too many fans will NEVER grasp this. Sad isn't it?

How the hell does he know any of this? Did I miss some fat guy with a balloon in the war room with Charlotte and neanderthal kid?

I REALLY hate seeing that ugly bastid back there leaning over so he can see the chart as if he has any business looking at it.

Technically, the two idiots in front of him shouldn't be looking at it either, but it is what it is.

Show some respect for the Cowboys future GM.

I wonder what his fetish will be. The current GM/front office loves them some TEs and small school DBs.

25 years from now we'll be complaining about taking another FB with our 2nd round pick.

So with Melton in today and Allen tomorrow, certainly Hos has to be claiming his sources are telling him shit.

Someone get on this right away.

Chop chop!
