Been saying for a while that their passing game is nothing but elaborate screens, a very limited route tree for WR's (slants, comebacks primarily), and 50/50 jump balls down the sideline when they get man coverage.

Their elite OL and Hurts running around covered it up for a good while but the league is finally catching up to it.

I thought he made progress last year but it looks like he's regressed to that player who constantly frustrated me when he was at Oklahoma.

By the 2nd half of that 2019 season most passing plays were nothing more than him making one read then quickly bailing to into a backyard football scramble drills.
 
Kind of funny that Hurts is arming those soft little four yard passes in a drill like that. You'd think some spare assistant would do that.
 
Is "ML Football" the Eagles' version of Ernie?
