Wouldn't be surprised if I that page was started by some CCP/Iranian group.

Two things:

1. I hope they get the retrial, all of this evidence of premeditation comes out and he ends up with life instead of 35 years.

2. WTF is up with this "gentleman's agreement" bullshit?
 


I like this guy. I have seen him a few times now. He is no Charlie, but who is? He has the same calm demeanor as Charlie and he is never insulting. And, I have no clue what his name is.
 
I looked him up out of curiosity. His name is Will Witt:

It shouldn't be about race, but they have damn sure been trying to make it about race. It's the only way you can try to justify a man killing another man. Oh, and this woman is ridiculous.

 
The Black Panthers used to be intimidating.

I bet she and her family of Klumps can take out a buffet though.

She isn't even stating facts correctly. They had self defense instructions. The argument is that there was a flaw in those instructions.

And all this gentleman's agreement stuff is just normal trial strategy. You don't ever win on appeal because of normal trial strategy like that. But Black Panthers and racist whatever, so who knows.
