They should have used the Gofundme for its purpose. Instead, they spent it on themselves. I have little to no sympathy that his inept representation suggested that it is was all oops, he impaled himself. But watch them try to claim ineffective assistance of counsel and then hire a Crump or something.

I'm sure someone will take on the appeal about minimal cost just to make a name for themselves. Seems like this happens frequently.

Just seems to me like he could have gotten a lighter sentence had they taken a better path. Instead they went scorched earth on a case where they really didn't have a good defense.

An OJ dream team couldn't have saved him from this conviction. Too many witnesses and he admitted doing it.
 
It is discouraging we cannot agree on what is objectively right and wrong.

It's ironic because this is the type of behavior and attitude that leads to people being murdered. The thought that you can just do whatever you want with no repercussions is what led us down this path in the first place. No you can't just commit crimes and get away with it. And you're an even bigger idiot for recording the crime as you're committing it.

The kid stabbed another kid because he pushed him. He learned that kind of behavior from his parents so that all tracks.
