He did but they also ran a ton of short stuff to him. It's why he averaged only 11 YPC which is pretty low for a WR. His second season was a bunch of nothing. He is a good player but he gets bumped up because he is basically the only known good receiving option on the roster.

And don't get me wrong, I like Fields but he is a rookie third round draft pick. That's their second best receiver. So yeah, Nabers gets bumped because he is the only legit weapon they have.
 
Everybody in New York, particularly the Giants, gets a bump by the media because people are stupid and like shiny things.

An average RB like Skattebo? Clear bell cow RB.

A good WR like Nabers? One of the best in the league.

A young QB with potential but some clear warts? Franchise QB.

It's all dumb shit.

I agree that they will be different, but if we lost to this NYG team in week 1, then it would change the optimistic outlook I have going into the season.

It'll be close game and they'll be very competitive, but if we're legitimate contenders to win the division and make noise in the playoffs, this is the kind of game you have to win.
