I tell you what, if Goodell really wanted to make a positive impression on the league, instead of expanding playoff teams and banning racial slurs, he'd crowdsource an improvement to the salary cap system.

Some kind of soft-cap like the NBA has, but maybe less confusing.

I would be interested in him as a potential DE. At one point everyone looked at him as what Spencer should have been. His numbers have trailed off but he is only 29 and has had a few double digit sacks seasons in this league.

It's fancy new jargon that Smitty thought he would drop and think applies. No way crowdsourcing works in a market like the NFL.
