W is one of the worst presidents this country has ever seen. I am not an Obama guy and I'm not trying to imply that Obama is any better, but please, let's stop acting like W was some kind of Christ touched version of Reagan.

Where in that statement did he do that? All I see in that statement is him admitting to Bush's faults, too.

I don't give two shits about anything Obama has done except for his shitty efforts with regards to the economy. He has done nothing to improve our economic prospects long term, in fact he has made them worse. Obama has no idea about economics or he just doesn't care. Did Bush suck as well? Yep.
 
I will say this, and I don't know how much of it is accurate, but I understand that the police were pulling people out of their homes at gun point in the search for these guys... that if F'ing bullshit.

I agree. Any terrorist act that causes this kind of civil right to be violated should not be given the luxury of due process.
 
I see it like just like the hate crime lays. It is very despicable for someone to target a person criminally because of race, religion or sexual orientation. The problem is that who is going to define what a hate crime is? Is the life of a a black dude worth more than someone else's? Crime is crime. It is despicable to kill someone no matter if they are gay or black or white. Trying to let a prosecutor, cop or accuser determine what is categorize as a hate crime is a dangerous thing, IMO.

Letting those people define terrorism and prosecute without due process is equally dangerous, IMO. This crime was terrible but we still need our checks and balances in order to let this remain free country.
