still doing good, I've leveled off right at 318, but I go next week for my first follow up and adjustment. I don't have any fluid in my band right now so once they add a little I should start dropping a little more. but so far I'm down 30 pounds and I feel pretty good. We'll see how it goes after the adjustment, I don't want to add to much to fast. I think the goal is to lose about 10 pounds a month, which I think I can do with small adjustments and exercise. I already started playing volleyball at work again and I'm getting in about 5 miles a day walking so as long as I don't over eat or eat horrible things I should be OK.

294 this morning, 63 total pounds lost. I keep telling myself my goal is 250 but I'm starting to wonder what a slender 225 Newt would look like, I can't find my 7th grade pictures so I'll have to leave it up to the good ole imagination.
