How am I supposed to take a pic to use the QR code with my phone when I’m looking at the QR code… on my phone?

Easiest Methods (No Second Device Needed)1. Screenshot + Built-in Tools (Works on Most Phones)
  1. Take a screenshot of the QR code
    • iPhone: Side button + Volume Up
    • Android: Power + Volume Down (or your phone’s gesture)
  2. Open the screenshot in your Photos / Gallery app.
On iPhone (iOS 15+):
  • Open the photo.
  • Long-press directly on the QR code, or tap the Live Text icon (small square with lines, usually bottom-right).
  • A menu or banner appears with options like “Open in Safari,” “Copy,” or “Share.”
On Android:
  • Open the photo in Google Photos (or your gallery).
  • Tap the Google Lens icon (looks like a camera or square with a dot).
  • Lens detects the QR code and shows the link or action.
2. Circle to Search (Newer Android – Often No Screenshot Needed)On recent Pixel and many Samsung phones:
  • Long-press the home button or navigation bar.
  • Circle the QR code on the screen with your finger.
  • It reads the code instantly.
3. Long-Press Directly (If It’s an Image)
  • If the QR code is shown as an image in a browser, chat, or email:
    • Long-press it.
    • Choose “Search image with Google Lens” (or similar).
  • On iPhone, long-pressing a QR image in Photos, Safari, or Messages often works the same way.

Fucking A/C froze up again. The guy told me if it happened again it is most likely a freon leak. So, they have to pressurize the line and then find it. There is no telling how much this is going to cost. :budd
