Geng, I am going to need either an endorsement or a condemnation of this statement. I will hang up and listen.

The question is moot.

Of course it tasted better.

The styrofoam kept it warmer than a wrap which actually continues the cook. More like steam.

You know why? It was not the effect of nostalgia making you think it was better. It is because it was better.

You see?

Endorsed.

Fun fact: they stopped using the Styrofoam containers because of CFCs from Styrofoam supposedly harming the ozone layer.

Except McDonald's Styrofoam containers were 100% CFC free. They got rid of them anyway, because of the perception.

So, they bent to the mob. That's it. I'm never eating McDonalds again. Matter of fact, I'm going to make this boycott retroactive about 15 years. :unsure

The Mob broke to the Environmentalists?

Well, hold on here.

Perhaps the Mob has moved onto other interests.

Maybe fixing McDonald’s could be on the list.

Dude, I'm never eating McDonalds again. But, it has nothing to do with styrofoam.

They made a fiscal decision to make a change in packaging to avoid a negative financial impact which basically makes them heroes of capitalism.

You're not supposed to like that post, asshole!

I haven't heard that. I worked there around the time they switched and that was the reason we were told at the time. But I remember the Styrofoam containers were shipped to us in cases that said 100% CFC free on the box.

“Never” stopped anyone from being a good neighbor? That’s a dubious claim. I’m sure it’s stopped them on occasion.

Never stopped my daughter from being a little biotch sometimes.

And, it's okay to laugh at that. I call my son retarded at times, too. Normally, immediately following him doing something fucking retarded.

Damn. Good for them.
