DCC Appreciation Thread...

The Midol is right behind the Advil in my house. I live with two women, and the youngest is about to make me want to strangle tiny goats.
 
I allowed my daughter to talk me into watching Hamilton again. She has me wrapped, man. I am so weak, and now have to endure 2 1/2 hours of this shit.

I know absolutely nothing about Hamilton other than it's a musical and it's popular.

My guess is it's revisionist, inaccurate garbage.

Let's just put it this way, George Washington was half black, Alexander Hamilton was half black, and Aaron Burr was all black.

Oh, trust me, I talk to her along the way so she knows what really happened and what the race of the people actually were. The only way I can stand it is to know at least I get to help her understand the inaccuracies. Teaching moment, if you will.
