Same with retail. I have literally been shutting down an anchor store in a mall with gigantic class doors I had to fucking push my damn self and had some cunt come in wanting one thing and going for almost an hour and buying very little or even a few times, nothing. Once to use the shitter too.

If ya gotta go, ya gotta go. Try not to think about the crack they are smoking in there.

So advertise what time the grills are shut off. If you close at 10, say they’re shut off at 9:30 or 9:45, with the doors locking at 10. If you only advertise one time, oh well.

I bet you would be that guy that rolls up in the drive thru at three until closing and want your food.

All kidding aside, would you be that person to a random person?
No, I wouldn’t. But I still say a place should advertise when the kitchen is closed, or if someone comes in close to closing, they should be served. That is their announced time. Sucks, but change your hours listing if you don’t want to deal with it.

If it were a fast food joint right in the middle of nowhere, you would expect a “kitchen closed” notice at what time?

Where have you ever saw a fast food joint in “the middle of nowhere?”

Ooh. Booze throwing some major shade. I like it.
It is really not shade.

It is fact.

I guess in small town USA, a fast food joint in the middle of nowhere might just stay open that extra fucking half hour for a local.

Frankly, the practice is rude.

Maybe it was the way I was raised and my own experience in the service industry...fuck you and your time issues.

Businesses provide a service between X time and X time, but there is no reason to subject whatever poor wretches that are there at that hour to do that job to any additional stress by giving them issues when all they are trying to do is close the fuck up and go home.

It does not cost anything to just be proper and being respectful of other people's time.
