This is a college sports writer for CBS. Until you have spent some time in Lubbock, you can't quite understand. Don't listen to Plan9, I love it here. It's a damn good place to live. Waco is nothing like Lubbock. And, until you (not you specifically) see Texas Tech’s campus most likely what you think it’s going to look like is wrong. I used to have vendors come for site visits all the time that would tell me campus was nothing like they had pictured in their heads.
