Twist.

It shows a true commitment on keeping the bread as fresh as possible.

The tuck? It indicates either anxiety about the twist tie or a sign that the bread will be eaten soon.
 
Since we are talking about bread, lemme tell you people a story about my mother in law (GRHS).

My wife and I had been married about five years, so there was a comfort level, but perhaps our biggest fight was over a loaf of bread.

We had two loafs this time she came to visit.

One loaf, about half done and a fresh one but back then with the kids we went through bread.

So you are a guest. You have a choice of eating the open bread or dip into the new bread to make your sammich. She choose to open the new bread.

So was I wrong to correct that behavior?

I thought yes, But I still have to explain to my wife to this day that her response of hitting me over the head with the fucking fresh loaf was an appropriate response.

It was her, right?

We do eat a lot of bread.

Now I am confused. I meant to say I believed it was NOT appropriate for her to try to brain me with a fresh loaf. I just want to ensure we are all at the appropriate level of understanding.

She was double wrong.

First for opening the new loaf.

B. Now she is creating a dented loaf. You would now have to straighten out the bread after being used as a pummeling device.
 
Okay, I have semi-fixed the twitter embedding thing. You can just post the url without changing x to twitter now. The only thing is it will pop up the url above the embedded tweet. Not a real big deal, and I'm working to figure that part out, but for now you can just paste the tweet url and hit post reply.
