In all the hundreds of times I've watched that play, I'm not sure I ever noticed the Niner sideline person (chick?) in the foreground at 0:36 putting his hands on his head in total despair knowing they'd just lost.

I had never noticed her either. Matter of fact, even after you posted it took me 3 times before I saw her.
