Was this when we went 6-10 in 1997 or when we went 5-11 in the early 2000's? I don't think this was a great example, because none of them actually listened to Troy.

It was basically Troy talking to a bunch of people not named Woodson who didn't GAS because no coaches held them accountable and they got paid anyways.

It would have been interesting to have seen candid footage of Tony Romo or Dak Prescott speaking up and leading the team. We rarely got that. Tough for players to do, if it's not a part of the culture.

Even Joe Montana had a hard time with public speaking in front of the locker room, fortunately for him he always had strong coaching around him.
