Never been blocked by anyone, so I have no idea what it looks like.

When Stephen has spent the last two years talking about being tight against the cap and having to have young guys play right away, you know they are constrained.

I think the restructured almost every single deal they could last year.
 
It's a good thing Dallas has both a cap genius and great owner who's willing to spare no expense to field a winner.
