Cowboys Cuts

Marc Colombo's successful injury reclamation has doomed us to forever gambling on the Okoyes of the world.

I mean, this guy is seriously ill.

How about we draft some defensive linemen for a change? Crawford and Lawrence are too little (literally) too late.

LB DeVonte Holloman:The loss of Holloman in my book is right up there with some of the major ones that this defense has had to endure with Sean Lee and DeMarcus Lawrence. Holloman was this defense’s ace in the hole when it came to the number of linebacker positions that he could cover along with his special teams work. Every team needs a guy like Holloman on the roster. He will be missed.

Good god damn.

This Ryan Williams thing pisses me off.

Not that I am worried that a backup does not make this team.

But he has done everything asked of him and then some to make the club.

Yet players like Dunbar, who have done nothing, are coddled.

Fine, cut him. Be a weaker football team simply because you have a bullshit entitlement culture in place.

Despite everyone claiming he's going to be a numbers casualty, I think he makes the team. Just a gut feeling.

Cowboys released G Uche Nwaneri and TE Asa Watson.
Nwaneri, 30, was never a good bet to crack an offensive line that's as deep and talented as any in the league. He should still be able to find work after putting together a decent 16-start season in Jacksonville last year. Aug 30 - 2:59 PM

Unreal.

But we kept the who gives a shit safety in Jeff Heath and especially Jamea Thomas, but cut Williams.

PS yes it's retarded to keep Heath and Thomas but release Williams.

Interestingly enough, there are 54 players on the roster on the official site. Newsome is on there. I am assuming they signed him to the PS. Spencer is not listed with the regulars but it says "passed physical".
