Conference Championship Round Gameday Chatter|1/19/14

I can still picture Nate Newton, Michael Irvin and Deion giving their speeches when they won the 95 NFCC.

Bay-Bay is not the smartest kid around.

And oh yes, let's win this for Champ!

Nope. Bacon is a gift from the gods. Greatness in any form.

While the rest of the Broncos are partying like it's 1999, Peyton's got that "been there, done that" look on his face.

He's focused. He knows there's still work to be done.

Quite honestly that game kind of sucked. The Patriots didn't have the manpower to compete.

This 49ers-Seahawks game should be a lot more entertaining being that neither team has been devastated by injuries.

Been there, done that, thrown the game losing pick to Tracy Porter.

The game is about a war of attrition anymore due to the salary cap.

Even these four teams speak to that. Those that draft well and have depth can make it.

But the Broncos were not anywhere near being killed by injuries and personnel losses. Hell they were better off without Von Miller because they were smart enough to snag Shaun Phillips on the cheap.

I believe there should be no bye week between the conference championships and the Super Bowl.

Losing Matt Johnson in the Hall of Fame game doomed us. No question.

I don't think the team ever recovered from his loss on an emotional level. You could see it in their play on the field.

The defense was lost without their QB.

I still remember the time that Garrett described losing Felix Jones in his rookie season as devastating.
