No. He did lead Carolina to a Super Bowl back in the day so this isn't Jim Caldwell circa 2009, IMO.

I was talking about right now.

This is clearly Mannings team, up and down. Even on defense, it does not look like what Fox did in Carolina.

He apparently knows how to delegate.
