Refs piss me off when they help QBs up off the ground.

It's preferential treatment and shows that they do in fact coddle QBs.

I don't ever recall seeing a ref help up a non-QB. Even a respected, likable vet like Larry Fitzgerald would have to drag his own self off the ground.
