I did, too. I thought that if we were to win, it would be a slugfest from start to finish. I wasn’t expecting that total ass kicking.

And if we make the National Championship in hockey, I’ll go to Vegas to attend that game.

Mike Malone is interesting for UNC. I wanted Tommy Lloyd or Dusty May, but, they each did too much winning to shake free.

He's stealing some very highly rated assistants too (Chuck Martin from Calipari, Kim English).

And he took one look at our top 8 recruit for next year, Dylan Mingo, and was like, yeah, thanks, we're all good though, and sent him packing. (There were rumors that Mingo was overrated, Hubert was desperate for a top recruit and overpaid him, and that he lacked athleticism AND high end shooting ability).

And they are very active in the portal right now. We will see. UNC needed a change. The "Carolina Way," / Roy's "ol' ball coach," way wasn't working anymore and they were getting lapped by Duke in recruiting. It's encouraging that they basically said, well, if we want to compete against Duke and build a modern recruiting machine in the NIL era, who is next best after Duke? They looked, saw Calipari, and went and stole his top lieutenant (Chuck Martin).
