Occam's Razor says he was killed by someone who hated him because he was effective politically. Not some foreign agent trying to start a civil war. Good grief.

I’m no detective or FBI guy but I think after 9/11, airports and flights are pretty well monitored outside of law enforcement and if anything were to seem out of order or unusual, it’s easily traceable even days later if needed.
