Cruz drops to many important passes. I think he's a product of his relationship with Manning.

Not saying he's not good... just that he's not Pro Bowler good. I actually think Nicks is not Manning's favorite option there and he might do better elsewhere. Which is kinda irrelevant because he'd be #2 here as well, but in terms of raw talent, I think Nicks is the clear but better big play WR.
 
Manning, Griffin and Maclin. I'll trade Maning & Griffin for whatever and the giants & skins are starting over without qb's.
