My gawd! How wrong I was, LT, to ever insinuate that Travis Frederick - a player who I actually like tremendously - wasn't an impact player last year. Terribly, horrifically wrong! No penance can make up for the magnitude of my error! I was so wrong! I'll never forgive myself for saying it.
That being said... Frederick's grade last year was really more of a 2nd rounder. He played extraordinarily well, but he was not a swing for the fences superstar caliber player, he's just going to be a solid long term starter.
Ealy can be that same caliber of player, but on the DL. And sometimes, like last year, it's not realistic to find a better player in the 20s or 30s than a Travis Frederick level player.
