I was working for a living before but this job is significantly more demanding.

I think they have had doubts him for a while. That's probably why they signed Weeden. I expresses as much when they signed him

I have said for awhile that the Cowboys are saying exactly what they need to in order to force Orton to retire. If they want him to retire and pay the money back they can't publicly say that they aren't interested in his return and don't believe he will return. They are saying what they need to in order to make Orton feel like they won't cut him.
