Interesting, I wonder about a 'games played' stat comparison for the 3 wideouts during that same span.

Rice 16, 12, 16 16. Moss 16, 16, 16, 16 Bryant 12, 15, 16, 16

Moss 5396 yds, 308 rec, 53 TDs

Bryant 4104 yds, 293 rec, 40 TDs

Moss having almost 1300 more yards on only 15 more receptions is mind boggling.

Well, he was the best ever at his position for a reason.

There is next to no chance of getting a first round QB even without this trade for Clowney. Any of the big three falling to our spot is a pipe dream. We're talking somebody in the 2nd to 5th round range. I could see somebody drafted there. Not saying it will happen, but could see it. Not only to be looked at as Romo's replacement, but a replacement for Orton and his big contract. If not this year, then next. And do we even need to mention Weeden? He is easily cut, and is probably just a camp arm, anyway.

I could see a decent chance of Bridgewater falling. He seems to have the least buzz.

I could definitely see this happening. His pro day wasn't impressive and he basically has had nothing to give him hype since the season ended. I wouldn't be surprised to see him sitting around in the late first or early second with the "experts" repeatedly talking about how unbelievable it is he is still available. He blows Geno Smith away as a prospect in my opinion but I could see him make a similar fall in this extremely deep draft. Wouldn't even surprise me if you see a QB like Carr get picked before him by surprise.

Yep and the reason he was best at his position was because he was the best at his position.

Your position that he was the best at his position has you positioned to be positive about him being the best at his position.

I think that's about as far as we can take this and there is a reason.

I think Carr is going to be the early surprise QB taken. Wouldn't shock me at all to see him go before we pick.

And I'd take Bridgewater at 16 very easily.

Who the hell is Jeff Sullivan?

Fwiw he is right occasionally

That means Donald should be in play if we can get a deal with the Rams at 12.

If both Donald and Barr are still on the board at 12 I think there is a very strong shot that one of them is there at 16, even if just Barr makes it past the Titans at 11 I think he has a great shot at falling to us at 16.

It'd take alot for me to trade up honestly, a guy like Khalil Mack would have to fall to the 10-12 range for me to really want to do it.

If I'm comparing a Donald and loss of 3rd round pick to an outright selection of Ealy than its an easy decision for me.

Maybe.

But Donald and a third, or Barr outright... I take Barr and keep my third.
