Supremacy Clause is kinda flimsy as long as you have a SCOTUS to rule on the constitutionality of laws/treaties/State constitutions/etc.

That's why it is absolutely imperative we keep the SCOTUS as pure as possible. If it becomes corrupt, this country is over. And it has teetered on the edge in the past.

It is still enough to really push the envelope toward something that quite frankly we are not equipped as a populace to handle.

We are not smart enough as a nation to effectively govern ourselves starting at the local levels.

I can tell you all one thing, if anyone claims that you did their damn research on every clown they voted for, they are delusional or have way much more free time on their hands than I do.

At least if the locals suck, you can move. That's not possible if everything is nationalized.
 
 
 
Great news if SCOTUS actually sticks to their guns. Would also like to eventually see legislation passed instituting a federal ban on abortion.

Would also like to see legislation providing more support for pregnant women/new mothers, and to make adoption less expensive given what would obviously be a large increase in births...
