2026 Training Camp Thread...

Of course. He was a first round pick that never should have been but will get some leash.

Now he is in a race to surpass Taco Charlton or his spawn, Mazi Smith.

They cornered themselves that offseason and basically gave themselves no choice but to take their starting LT in either the 1st or 2nd come hell or high water, and here we are.

It was also just a very shitty back half of the first round, once you got out of the top 20 it fell off a cliff and I don't think there was much difference between the guys who went in the 20's to the guys who went in the 50ish range.

Good to hear. He is the one DL I worry about the most.

Why?

He's just a rotational guy playing maybe 30% of the snaps, and he was a starter for a decent Chargers defense in 2024. As long as he doesn't have to start for a prolonged period I think he'll be very solid in his role, along with Bullard.

I looked it up and he's out with a hamstring. Not sure how long it's been but that might explain why he's been quiet so far.

You are talking about the platoon, I am the least confident in him. He is not at cruel nickname level though.

Devin Moore hurt? Who could have imagined that?
