The only way this outcome could be better is if Minshew gets on the mic and gives the Rocky Balboa-to-Russia speech.

If I had to choose between the two, I'd dump Schottenheimer.

I'd love to see both gone but I'm not sure they'd have enough coaching experience to make both work.

I'd rather Parker, we all know Schottenheimer isn't an NFL HC but this defensive performance is unforgivable, and they were halfway to an unforgivable performance against the Eagles backups if our offense hadn't been on fire.

If you can't rely on your defense to not give up back to back TD drives in 2 minutes or less you might as well not even play the games.

Only thing is, who would be the HC? Nobody to even do it. At least Pettine could be DC, if he'd even take the job.
 
Did we really lose after recovering an unsuccessful onsides kick and then scoring --- Is that the first time that's happened?

I'd hate to see the defense get better under a new DC and do just enough to save that idiot Schottenheimer's job.

Honestly I know the offense scored 30 but some of that was field position. The offense failed when it mattered most and could have put the game away.

And honestly I put this loss more on horrendous game management than on one particular side of the ball.

Oh, he's gone. This team is absolutely finished. I'd be shocked if they won more than a few more games this year.
