I'll say this, I can't even have serious conversations around what the personnel on the roster looks like, what holes there are, how to improve, etc. until Schottenheimer is gone AND they actually conduct a serious search, or at least conduct a sham search while hiring a known quantity like they did with McCarthy.

Until then the situation is so broken and dysfunctional that I find the conversations pointless, rearranging deck chairs doesn't even begin to describe it.

Nope!

But that's because I don't actually want them to win right now since that just increases the chances that the bottom 3 HC in the league is back next year.

My theory is that I need to drop the tennis bombs before the 1 PM games start, not 8 minutes before we play the SNF game, but we'll see in the future!

I dont remember who it was but 2 former players on one of the shows was talking about what a Players only meeting means. They both said that the team is already dead and that they dont ever work.
