I think there should be a slight tweak to the current OT rules to prevent ties. Assuming first possession scores 7 points, second possession must attempt 2 pointer.

He threw 56 times. He's going to put up counting stats. That doesn't make it a good performance. His QB rating was like 85. Not good.
