Wait, so if you're white you're automatically not diverse in your thinking? If that's what they mean by that term then they are insulting every white coach in the league. I'm so close to just saying fuck it and quit the NFL altogether. This shit is fucking exhausting.

You know diverse in this context means non-white...

Here's an article on it. I suspect this is in reaction to pushback from the administration that these programs that discriminate based on race are illegal.

It is funny that they call it non-diverse as opposed to calling it what it really is, white. Non-diverse sounds like another term for pure. And that's going down some KKK bullshit.

That's exactly what I meant yesterday. Reading the word non-diverse literally implies that the person doesn't like or want any other race's culture around them. It's an insult. But, of course, the tone-deaf left can't see their own racism, and no one ever calls them on it, so they get emboldened by it.

It's meant as an insult. But to a racist white person it's really a compliment. That's the scary part. These idiots don't realize it but terms like that really feed into the people who are actually racists.

As though this white kid wasn't trying to rap to Tupac, Biggie, Snoop Dog and Dre as a child.

It's not just the racist whites they are stirring up, though. It's the whites like me and you that aren't racist that are fucking fed up with being called racist all the damn time that they are pissing off.

I can't even fathom how long it's been since being called racist even created the slightest stir in me. It's been a while. I am not, I don't care what skin color anyone has, really, but it doesn't bother me if someone thinks I do. Fuck em in the neck with a 2X4.
