He's our best defensive player of the last 20+ years after Ware and Parsons, and I'm not even sure he's that far behind Parsons considering how he can be taken advantage of in the run game.

Give me a real HC and I'd do that trade all over again, unfortunately Jerry "you wouldn't believe the check I'd write to win a Super Bowl" Jones is perfectly fine hiring a HC who literally hadn't been considered for a HC role in 15 fucking years.
