As he's the leader of the team, I don't mind his saying that, but I don't want to see the team get all dreamy staring out at the ocean with the owner preaching "enjoy the ride" like a deep run is destined for them ala 2008.

I'm guessing because they then traded for McCord from the Packers. Once they did that they were probably no longer looking.

The Packers got a 2028 6th for McCord and I'm guessing the offer for Milton was similar.

Makes sense that a 6th two years from now didn't really move the needle for us.

The Kalshi odds for Crosby's next team being the Cowboys has vacillated from about 10-20% since Jerry made his comments at the beginning of PC.

Now it's jumped up to 29% out of nowhere, could just be random, but seems notable.

For context, on March 4 it jumped to 27%, Crosby was traded to the Ravens on March 6, so clearly somebody knew something since there were reports afterward that we very nearly got him.

It hasn't been that high since then until today, when it's even higher.
