I loved Roger, but I have to choose Aikman here.

Yeah Roger is my favorite, but as far as just watching a ball being thrown, it doesn't get a lot better than Aikman. He's like the default template for an accurate quarterback.

I'm not excited exactly, but definitely curious because I think there's plenty of reason to be optimistic.

I wouldn't trade our roster for anybody else in the NFC except maybe 2-4ish teams, definitely the Rams, with the Seahawks, 49ers and Lions being toss up's. Might be able to throw the Panthers and Eagles in there too, but their QB's are both non-starters for me.

Wouldn't trade our QB or WR's for any of these rosters, especially given Stafford's age, but outside those positions, the 49ers have a significant talent advantage at the top ten key positions.

Just goes to show how important QB and WR have become. If you don't have them, you are hurting, and if you are elite at WR like Seattle it can cover many other shortcomings.
