End of season PC on now. So far Jerry saying how excited he is about Schotty, how great Dak was, how the best part of the Micah trade is ahead of us, and how Eberflus wouldn't be here if Schotty didn't want him. :jerk

At least Clarence Hill asked if Schotty could hire the next DC unlike the last one. Jerry basically not answering and saying things will be done as they've always been done, which means he takes Stephen's input. :doh

This insecure fucking cunt of a human being even needs to be able to claim credit if on the off chance the next DC is able to field a great D.
 
I don't even have to finish watching/listening to this, except that I hate myself.

But the big takeaway is, remember some of us noticed in the training camp PC of 2024 that Jerry was larger and in charge again after a few years of seeming to let Stephen and Mike be more visible at these things. That continues -- Jerry is sitting right in the middle and is doing by far the most talking.

I still think that's a reason we've sucked the last two years.

His ability to swing it both ways is amazing.

It's like he has a flow chart. Did it fail? Of course the HC was involved. Did it succeed? I bought the team so that I could be in charge of everything.

I think it's mostly because we let Quinn go. His defense sucked in the biggest games but damn it was always good against the majority of NFL teams.

That and we just have a string of not great drafts, especially on defense.

Yes, but solid organizations lose good coaches and replace them with other good coaches.

Zim and "Flus" :puke were Jerry hires because they were familiar. That's just one example of him inserting himself where it looked before like he was taking at least a small step back.

Yea and the defense was fine the second half of last year once Parsons and Bland were back.
