This year was he more like in 2021 when he was second in tackles? Or when he was 4th in tackles in 2022? Or like in 2024 when he was 9th? Like those three years? BTW, he had more tackles in 2021 than 2025. But, yanno, he is more like those 3 years than this last year, amirite?

They were the top ILB FA's, if Brooks is somewhere around their level how would adding him not make the offseason an obvious success?

Brooks wasn't on the team when it was on the rise. I will only homer out for the players that are legit, and Brooks is absolutely a legit sideline to sideline missile.

It's pretty obvious that they're going to see how the draft plays out and then do something at ILB if they ended up not getting one in the first or early 2nd after a trade down.
I'd hope that they'd still go after a guy like Brooks even if they add an ILB in the 3rd/4th.
