Like the Skins hiring a guy with about 18 months of coaching experience as OC because he spent a few years as a player with McVay.

All these jokers are just rolling the dice that random anonymous ex-QB's who spent a little bit of time with McVay are somehow geniuses in the rough like him, it's laughable.
