2026 NFL Coaches/GMs Firing & Hiring Thread

I knew Washington only interviewed him to throw their fan base some fake hope given how dysfunctional they've been all offseason.

Yet they may end up with Morris, who might be better than what we end up with. The whole cycle is chaotic but we should still have a couple of the wunderkids to choose from.

No Gannon, plz and thx.

Morris would be fine but I think I'd take Parker and definitely Leonhard over him.

I think Quinn is just going to end up with someone he coached with before like Harris or someone from a similar Carroll/Seattle type background.

He's not going to hire a DC to run a completely foreign (to him) scheme.

It would be interesting. He just doesn't strike me as having the right personality for coordinator. But damn good corners coach.

Yes he was and well-liked too. If would be nice to see him succeed so long as it’s not against us

True, but they're going to lose anyway.

Doesn't matter what happens with them against NE, Leonhard can start interviewing in person next Monday.

Yes but I don't think anyone can actually hire him until they are done. Or at least I don't think Leonhard would do that to his team. In person interview is nice but if you can't sign the guy there is always the open possibility someone else does first.
