It's kind of strange that you've argued for years against Dak, yet he's at the head of the greatest QB room we've ever had.

No, what’s weird is how it’s clear he’s a great backup option, and yet everyone here wants to shit on him just cause they think it’s a UNC homer thing.

Or maybe they are just backed into a corner for ignorantly trashing him before just cause he was a Redskin.

No. People understand he's a decent backup option. Even better than we've had around here for a few years.

But your over the top adulation of him makes it fun to poke at you. He's a decent to good backup. You slobber over him like he's a HOFer. Yeah, he had volume stats with the skins. But I'd argue that those were greatly padded from constantly playing from behind against teams playing a loose shell to run out games. The guy has tools. Sure. But he's not nearly as fantastic as you carry on about.

Well, yeah. You have an undeniable history for homering over UNC players. Hell, just a few days ago you were defending Asim Richards like he was the most underrated player ever.
 
Isn't Howell guaranteed a good portion of his contract? He probably makes it just based on that.

It's what we do here. This is nothing new. Hell, Geng just yesterday poked fun at me because JRod had a bad PFF rating. Buckle up, Smitty. It will get substantially worse if they cut him.

It's a one year contract. 2 mil base salary fully guaranteed. 500,000 signing bonus. You tell me how that works if he goes to the practice squad or if another team claims him off waivers.
