Looked like one of my drives :doh

When looking at the current state of the roster these are the types of guys you'd be looking at keeping over a 6th WR:

QB3 (whoever that may be, don't want to anger @Smitty), Phil Mafah, Trevor Keegan, Ajani Cornelius, Sam Williams, Marist Liufau, Tyrus Wheat, Jay Toia, Justin Barron, Caelen Carson, Reddy Steward

Is there anybody there that jumps out as a must keep over a guy like Brown or even Mingo?

And based on this projection we'd even have enough space to keep 1 out of that group, plus 6 WR's, while having 9 OL and 10 DB's, not including the one addition from the group above.

Sure, I'd like to keep Toia, Barron or Steward if we had infinite space, but none of them are must-have types. I think the overall point is that keeping 6 WR's wouldn't be that much of a roster crunch.

Milton looked good. But I know Howell can throw for 4000 yards with this offense as he did with a far worse commanders team already. I have to keep both unless someone wants to pony up for Milton.

Camden Brown has made the team. Mingo may have too.

Mafah seems to be the back who is out if Malik Davis makes it. Maybe Mafah to the PS.

I mean, you have two QBs right now behind Prescott who are probably better players than most of the guys on that list.

If Malik Davis makes it?

He's quite obviously the leader in the clubhouse to be RB2, there's absolutely no chance in hell he doesn't make the 53.

Blue just has a terrible combination of mediocre vision and mediocre contact balance, so he gets himself caught in tight spaces and doesn't have the balance/power to keep pushing forward.

I think he'll still make the 53 because of his potential and Mafah hasn't really shown anything, but I bet he'll spend a good amount of time being inactive.
Maybe but there are times you can really see the burst with Blue as well. Don’t think you can cut bait yet.

Oh yeah Overton has not only made the team he is in the conversation for “this guy should be treated like a future starter” level of consideration.

He needs to get bigger and stronger to be able to hold gaps vs. the run better first, but his pass rush for an interior guy stands out and as long as he can develop against the run he should have a bright future.

He's set up perfectly to learn how to improve against the run from the DT's/interior DL in front of him, so he should be fine.

He won't get cut for that very reason, plus Mafah hasn't really shown anything, but I don't think you can trust him either.

Future starting 3-4 DE
