For sure. Just saying that Clowney was one of the few players on defense who was pretty good last year, not a massive black hole like Murray, Wilson, Weezy Bridges, etc.

Fowler = Ogbonnia and Locke combined in terms of value to the team. I absolutely do not agree that Gary and Thompson = Osa and Clowney. And good draft pick? Basically a 4th rounder is not a good draft pick for a very solid piece of your defense last year.
 
At least we still have Loofah, so not all is lost.

And basically is a fun way to try and make your point stronger, but the point still remains. It is in fact, a 3rd rounder.

And you know, just as I know, if we had traded him for a 4th, people would then have just adjusted their whining to "we should have got a 3rd"

And, regarding Fowler, let's go with your logic as to why it was okay to let go of Osa for a crap pick. You said, "His 3.5 sacks and 6TFL will be sorely missed." Fowler had 3 sacks and 4 TFLs. So, by your logic, Fowler was just as good as Osa, and not some who gives a shit player. He contributed quite a bit. That being said I believe Osa will be sorely missed if we don't replace value for value. To me there is no arguing that.
