It is 3 spots from the first pick in the fourth. That is basically a 4th round pick no matter how you try and spin it.
And, regarding Fowler, let's go with your logic as to why it was okay to let go of Osa for a crap pick. You said, "His 3.5 sacks and 6TFL will be sorely missed." Fowler had 3 sacks and 4 TFLs. So, by your logic, Fowler was just as good as Osa, and not some who gives a shit player. He contributed quite a bit. That being said I believe Osa will be sorely missed if we don't replace value for value. To me there is no arguing that.
