2026 Cowboys Draft Chatter Thread

I don't know but I'd be rather pissed if they gave up more than 12 & 20.

Exactly.... That's why I like Kiper's scenario the most because I think the compensation is fair and doesn't involve anything on our end other than this year's first round picks.

I'm concerned about Bain's athleticism in a 3-4.

That's valid but I think he's versatile enough and a good enough run guy that you can move him around and get tremendous value from him still. But no, I wouldn't drop him.

I think a little space as a 3-4 OLB will help Bain. We're not got to have him covering athletic TE's but rather barreling through or around them.

We still need a dynamic ILB, which is why I'm hoping we can still land Allen, Hill, Or Rodriguez. Maybe the kid from Pitt, Kyle Louis.

If we end up with the likes of Howell, Height, etc., we failed at getting another top shelf rusher.

After Bain who is your top shelf pass rusher? I think that Howell or Lawrence could end up a double digit sack guy at OLBer in the NFL. So I guess from my perspective those are the top shelf pass rushers. Now if you want someone a little bigger, better run stopper there are other options but guys like Faulk, Mesidor, TJ Parker and Zion Young to me will not be top shelf NFL pass rushers. They may give you more in the size and run stopping ability to sort of take on blocks. But I don't see any of them as twitched up OLBers who are going to ever get you 10 sacks.

Booze hates everyone outside of Bailey and Reese.

Hell, he may hate them too.

Difference between Styles and All/Hill/J-Rod is not great. In fact it all seems based on measurables, not impact.
Why didn't you just spell out Allen. It's two freaking letters, you damn millennial.
