It's the third questionable 15 yard penalty. Nate Thomas in the first half (never saw what he did), Solomon Thomas getting pushed into the legs and now Diggs for being the second guy in.

I haven't been paying attention to the DL rotations but something tells me that "schematic" thing is Mazi Smith.
