Honestly, if they can break him of holding the ball too long and trying to be super man, he might be okay.

Charger safety ejected for helmet-to-helmet. While it knocked out Chiefs WR and is a penalty in today's standards, it seemed like it was just football, almost textbook tackle. Wasn't spearing, launching himself or helmet crownn lowered.
