I agree with him. Dallas has a glamour culture. Both the city and the team. And from all reports, he's hit it off well with his teammates. Namely, CeeDee Lamb. And even with the coaching staff. Also, Dallas helps players build their "brand". Even when they're not winning. Winning or losing, the Cowboys are always on TV. They're always a focal point on TV/radio. Today's players crave that.
 
That makes sense, but I think players want the biggest bag they can get and nothing else matters. Just like Micah.

I only believe it to an extent because I think Pickens really was miserable in Pittsburgh. I don't think he wants to go back to that life.
