Roseman is friends with Lorie. Even when Chip Kelly banished Roseman to the back offices during his tenure Roseman didn't leave he just bided his time. I don't think any amount of money could lure Roseman away.

He fits exactly what they're looking for -- a yes man who is just happy to have a job so they go along with whatever the organization wants and says.

The difference between him and everyone else that fits this description that has been hired by this organization is that he's at least good at his job.

I hadn't seen that. But I noticed throughout the process everyone's name was mentioned repeatedly except McClay. Not that it really matters. He's going to say he is on board with whatever the Cowboys do. He isn't going to stand out there and admit he wanted something different.
